The register lists here 116 versions with unladen weights from 130 to 580 kg at a gross weight of 500 to 750 kg. Widths range from 1,620 to 2,600 mm.

Trailers in this weight class can be towed in most European countries on an ordinary category B driving licence without a separate trailer test, making them the entry segment for boat, luggage and workshop transport; the wide spread of sizes, from narrow single-axle units to versions 2.60 m wide, shows how varied the applications are within the sub-750 kg class, from a compact tow-hitch solution to specialised boat or bulky-load transport.

When buying a used light trailer, check above all the axle and wheel bearings, the condition of the jockey wheel, the coupling head and, where fitted, the braking system, as well as corrosion on the frame and drawbar; any tarpaulin or body should be checked for cracks and leaks. Spare parts for axles, couplings and lighting are widely available through the general trailer accessories trade, largely independent of brand.
