With a very low unladen weight against a gross weight of up to 1.25 tonnes, there is a large payload reserve, typical of simple, open load trailers behind cars; the uniform width of around 1.83 metres points to a consistent platform or box form. For registration, besides the trailer's gross weight the tow vehicle's rated towing capacity is always decisive as well.

On a used example, axle and wheel-bearing condition, the function of the overrun brake and its linkage, rust on frame and drawbar, the state of lighting and plug, and tyres and rims all count; given this large payload reserve, the load-bed's own carrying capacity as well.
