With a gross weight of one tonne and a uniform unladen weight, the whole programme sits in a single, narrow niche of the light braked trailer class, as used for compact loads behind cars. For registration, besides the trailer's gross weight the tow vehicle's rated towing capacity is always decisive as well.

On a used example, axle and wheel-bearing condition, the function of the overrun brake and its linkage, rust on frame and drawbar, the state of lighting and plug, and tyres and rims all count. Since the four types sit so close together technically, it is worth matching the exact designation on the data plate when buying parts; parts run through independent trailer workshops.
