When buying used, what counts is the condition of the high-pressure pump, hoses and lances, the tightness of the tank and lines, the condition of the drive engine, brake and overrun coupling, and the frame and axle for corrosion; the pump's operating hours often reveal more about wear than the trailer's mileage alone. The electrics for ignition and control, along with a complete service book, should also be checked before buying.
