Tractor units of this power class pull semi-trailers in long-haul transport up to the permissible gross combination weight and compete in Finland, as elsewhere in Europe, directly with Volvo, Scania and Mercedes-Benz for heavy-haulage and freight-forwarding traffic.

When buying a used example, check the mileage and service history of the diesel engine, the condition of the clutch and gearbox, and the frame and fifth wheel; on automatic versions also check the function of the transmission electronics.
