The register lists here 29 versions with unladen weights from 568 to 1,300 kg, gross weights from 850 to 1,500 kg, lengths from 7,150 to 7,210 mm and widths from 2,060 to 2,280 mm.

Trailers of this weight class and width are typical boat trailers for sailing and motor boats as well as light leisure trailers, towed behind cars without particular registration hurdles. The narrow tandem-axle chassis and adjustable rollers or bunks of such trailers are built to support a hull evenly along its keel while allowing the boat to be launched and retrieved from a slipway; the same chassis also serves, without the rollers, as a simple flatbed for garden and transport work.

On a used purchase, the condition of keel rollers and support beams, axles and wheel bearings, the function of the overrun brake, corrosion on the frame and winch, and lighting and registration papers all count. On boat versions, the wheel bearings deserve particular attention, since repeated submersion when launching a boat accelerates their wear, and the winch strap or cable should be checked for fraying; parts run through the boat-trailer trade.
