Carraro Agritalia of Rovigo in Veneto is the tractor builder of the Carraro group, which as an axle and transmission supplier serves half the farm-machinery industry – and which builds the specialist tractors for vineyard and orchard that Massey Ferguson, John Deere and Claas sell under their own names. The Agricube is Carraro's own brand of this class: a low, narrow tractor with equal or smaller front wheels whose type logic gives the hp class in the number – Agricube 70 about 72 hp, 80 about 80, 90 about 90, F 100 about 100 hp – V the vineyard version about one metre wide, F the orchard version (frutteto) with wider track and low bonnet. The engines come from Iveco and FPT: the four-cylinder F5C of 3.4 litres in most models, the NEF of 4.5 litres in the most powerful, at 2,200 to 2,300 rpm, with common-rail injection to emission stages III and IV.
