Caravan – other models: the collective page of small caravan trailers up to 750 kg whose registration data records the vehicle type as the manufacturer field, unladen weight 110 to 210 kg, gross weight 750 kg
This collective page is titled "Caravan", but it does not record a distinct manufacturer brand: in the underlying registration data for these versions, the vehicle type itself – caravan in the sense of a small camper trailer – was carried over into the manufacturer field. The model names such as 1250 XI, 1250 XL, 1400 L and 1400SH describe the size and equipment variant, without allowing a single manufacturer to be identified.

The register lists 11 versions with unladen weights from 110 to 210 kg, a gross weight of 750 kg, lengths from 3,825 to 4,510 mm and widths from 1,640 to 1,825 mm.
At a gross weight of exactly 750 kg, these small caravans sit at the upper limit of the unbraked trailer class and can therefore be towed by most cars without any additional trailer entitlement. At lengths around 4 metres and unladen weights sometimes well under 200 kg, they are among the lightest caravans of all, aimed at owners who want to sleep overnight while travelling with a small tow car.
When buying a used caravan of this type, moisture control comes first: the roof, window frames and floor panel should be checked with a moisture meter, since water ingress in such light constructions quickly damages the wooden structure. The drawbar, jockey wheel and axle deserve a look for rust and smooth operation, and the tyres for ageing cracks from long standing times. Because the vehicles' origins are so varied, spare parts are usually only available from general caravan accessory dealers.
