The register lists here 5 versions with unladen weights from 3,240 to 6,860 kg at a gross weight of 20,000 to 30,000 kg, lengths from 9,180 to 9,980 mm and a constant width of 2,550 mm. With a gross weight consistently above 10 t, the whole range falls into vehicle class O4.

Low-loaders of this size carry excavators, wheel loaders and other construction machinery on a lowered deck that keeps within the gross weight limit even with tall loads. Bulthuis thereby supplies haulage firms and plant hire companies in the Dutch and neighbouring markets; the constant 2,550 mm width keeps every version within the normal road gauge. Trailers of this type usually consist of a gooseneck section, a lowered centre section and a rear section carrying the axles, which allows heavy and tall loads to be carried within the permitted overall height.

Buying used at this class, the points that matter are the condition of the ramps and their locking, wear on the axles and braking system, cracks and corrosion on the chassis, and the function of the lighting. The tightness of the ramp hydraulics and the validity of the periodic roadworthiness test should also be checked; spare parts run through the Bulthuis dealer network.
