BROUWERS Other models

The register lists here 21 versions with unladen weights from 280 to 2,700 kg, gross weights from 1,200 to 2,800 kg and widths from 1,830 to 2,530 mm.

With a Keetwagen in the line-up, Brouwers serves, besides classic material haulage, the Dutch construction-site market, where such trailers act as mobile accommodation or storage on a building site. The wide span of unladen weights from 280 to 2,700 kg shows that this collective page covers both light single-axle trailers and heavy tandem trailers.

On a used example, rust on the frame and drawbar and the condition of the overrun coupling and wheel bearings count on the smaller BR and S types; on the Keetwagen, the tightness of the body, the condition of windows, door and floor, and the interior wiring also matter. On every version it is worth checking the registration papers and type plate, as the programme groups several ranges under one name. On the larger BR and S types, the condition of the side panelling and the load-bed locks should also be assessed.
