The register lists here 11 versions with unladen weights from 100 to 250 kg and gross weights from 550 to 750 kg, at lengths from 2,700 to 5,850 mm and widths from 1,400 to 2,280 mm.

Small trailers of this class can be towed under most car driving licences without an additional test and serve as a versatile transport aid for garden work, DIY-store runs, removals or leisure equipment; the spread from short to long versions covers correspondingly different purposes, from a compact load to long equipment or boat transport. The low unladen weight also appeals to drivers who need a trailer only occasionally and do not want to keep a heavier, permanently registered trailer.

On a used purchase, axle and wheel-bearing condition, the coupling head and jockey wheel, chassis and drawbar for rust and distortion, the condition of the load bed and any side panels, lighting and the plug connector, tyre condition and agreement with the vehicle documents, and a valid inspection sticker all count.
