The register lists 4 versions with kerb weights from 540 to 720 kg, gross weights from 2,700 to 3,500 kg and widths from 2,500 to 2,530 mm. With a kerb weight from 540 kg and a gross weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, these trailers offer a high payload relative to their own weight.

With gross weights from 2,700 to 3,500 kg, the range stays within EU trailer category O2 and thus within the range for which an overrun brake is required throughout. On the tandem-axle versions, the equalising suspension spreads the load evenly across both axles, so that even with uneven loading no single axle is overloaded on one side; the nose weight at the ball hitch is still worth checking regularly, since making full use of the high payload quickly pushes it towards the limit approved for the tow vehicle.

Trailers of this class are mainly used to transport vehicles, machinery or larger goods where a high payload relative to kerb weight matters. The market for tandem-axle trailers in the 3.5-tonne segment is highly fragmented, with many specialised smaller manufacturers.

When buying used, check the condition of the chassis and loading floor, the operation of the overrun brake and the tandem-axle equalising suspension, the condition of tyres and lighting, and rust on mounts and the drawbar. Parts such as axles, brakes and lighting are available through the general trailer trade.
