The register lists 12 versions of the range with unladen weights from 1,540 to 14,400 kg and gross vehicle weights from 3,500 to 15,000 kg. Four of the models also carry lengths from 7,450 to 12,650 mm, while widths across the whole range run from 2,240 to 2,550 mm.

The spread of the range covers two different worlds of use: the lighter versions around 3.5 tonnes gross weight can be towed with an ordinary car-and-trailer licence, while the heaviest versions at 15 tonnes already require a lorry combination. OPLZ thus spans a wide field of use, from the light commercial trailer to the heavy semi-trailer.

On a used example, the lighter versions call for checking the drawbar, the overrun brake system and the frame and load floor for corrosion; the heavy semi-trailers additionally need the axles, suspension and kingpin examined. The E and EL variants should be checked for the completeness of their respective extra equipment, and registration papers together with the date of the last roadworthiness inspection belong in every check.
