The T6050 was the middle six-cylinder model of the T6000 range with which New Holland replaced the TS-A range in 2007 – built in Basildon, England, between the T6030 with 117 and the T6070 with 141 hp. The type logic: T marks the tractor ranges of the blue programme, 6 the mid-range series, 050 the power step with 125 hp rated; the equipment lines follow the suffix: Delta the simple version with mechanical transmission, Plus the medium, Elite the upper one with Power Command powershift, front-axle suspension and electronic hydraulics. The engine is FPT's NEF six-cylinder of 6.75 litres at 2,200 rpm, on Plus and Elite with power boost for PTO and transport work – the register span of 78 to 93 kW shows rated and maximum power, the PTO output of 95 to 105 hp the versions.
