MB Crusher – other models: crusher and screening buckets from Vicenza for excavator mounting, the BF and MB-S ranges from the BF70.2 to the BF150.10
MB Crusher, based in Vicenza in northern Italy, specialises in attachments that let excavators and other carrier machines crush and sort demolition rubble, rock or recycled material directly on site. This collective page lists versions outside the independently maintained main ranges: crusher buckets of the BF range, which break material between two jaws, and screening buckets of the MB-S and MB-LS ranges, which separate material by grain size.

The register lists here 8 versions, from the smaller BF70.2 S4 to the larger BF150.10, along with the screening buckets MB-S / MB-LS and MB-S18 S4.
Crusher and screening buckets such as the MB Crusher programme save transporting rubble or rock to a stationary plant: material is crushed and graded on the spot where it arises or is used, which reduces transport distances and costs especially in inner-city demolition, construction-rubble recycling and quarry work.
Both designs rely on the excavator's second hydraulic circuit: in the crusher bucket it drives the moving jaw, whose gap is usually adjustable steplessly and thereby helps set the target grain size; in the screening bucket it sets the sieve deck or rotating screening stars vibrating, so finer material falls through the grid while coarser material stays behind. The carrier machine's oil flow and operating pressure must match the size of the bucket, or crushing or separating performance will fall short of what the bucket is designed for.
On used examples, the condition of the crushing jaws or the screening grid, the condition of the hydraulic motor and its connections, cracks and wear on the bucket housing, and play and wear at the bearings of the moving jaw all matter; spare parts and service run through the MB Crusher dealer network.

What to check before buying
- Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
- Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
- Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
