Jyki Oy is part of the family-owned Finnish Jyki Group, which has operated at the foot of the Jylhävuori rock since 1966; the first part of the name, "Jylhä", roughly means "rugged" and has reflected the company's character ever since. Besides Jyki Oy, which builds trailers for trucks, the group also includes the body-building firms Fokor Oy and EL-Kori Oy as well as Pajakulma Oy; altogether the company operates across seven regions of Finland. Its product range covers timber trailers, gravel and soil transport trailers, and swapbody trailers for a variety of cargo.
