The JuMZ-6 is a wheeled tractor from the manufacturer Juschmasch, based in the city of Dnipro in Ukraine. The company is known above all as a rocket and space enterprise and built the tractor as a civilian side product. The designation JuMZ stands for the Southern Machine-Building Plant and the number 6 for the model series. The tractor is powered by a four-cylinder diesel engine.

Yuzhmash – Tractor Production Alongside the Rocket Plant in Dnipro
The Yuzhmash (Juschmasch) works was founded in 1944 in Dnipro and is today known mainly as a Ukrainian manufacturer of space rockets, but it also produces agricultural machinery, buses, trolleybuses, trams and wind turbines. Tractor production began in 1953, initially under licence with the MTZ-2 from the Minsk Tractor Works, followed by the MTZ-5 from 1972. In 1969/70, the JuMZ-6, the plant's first own design, went into production and became its most successful model, with over 1.15 million units built over more than 30 years. In total, nearly 1.8 million JuMZ tractors have found buyers in around 70 countries since production began. Listed in the register: JuMZ-6.
