The Ford AA is the truck version of the Model A that Ford built from 1927 to 1932 – first at the Highland Park plant, then at the new River Rouge site in Dearborn, Michigan, and from 1931 also at British and German Ford plants. Unlike the passenger version, the AA received a reinforced frame and a lower-geared rear axle for higher payloads; it was powered by the Model A's four-cylinder engine of up to 3,286 cm³.
