Dynapac's pavers are built at the Wardenburg plant near Oldenburg, which grew out of the paver maker Hoes and has belonged to Dynapac since the 1980s; the Swedish brand was part of Atlas Copco from 2007 to 2017 and has since belonged to the French Fayat group, which with Bomag also holds the second big compaction supplier. The F range (F800 to F3030) orders the pavers by size – F800 and F1000 the small pavers for paths and repairs, F1200 to F1800 the mid-range, F2500 and F3030 the highway pavers – and the letter names the undercarriage: C for crawler, W for wheel, CS and WS for the version with high-compaction screed. The SD range from 2011 (SD1800, SD2500, SD2550) is the successor generation of the same classes with new controls; FC1300 to FC1600 are compact pavers, F121 to F161 older types.

The register lists 26 versions with 28.3 to 194 kW – Cummins QSB 6.7 in the big pavers, Deutz TD 2.9 and TD 4 in the mid-range, Kubota in the small ones – rated speeds of 1,800 to 2,300 rpm and lengths from 2,997 to 6,760 mm.
Dynapac's pavers are known for their screeds: high-compaction screeds with tampers and pressure bars that compact surface courses during laying to values elsewhere reached only by the roller, and screed widths of over ten metres for motorways and airports.
On used pavers, wear of slat conveyor, auger and screed plates, the condition of screed heating and extensions, undercarriage or tyres, the grade-control automation and the engine's service history are what count.
