The MH range was New Holland's wheeled excavator in the period when CNH ran its construction-equipment programme in parallel under the New Holland and Case brands: wheeled excavators for urban civil engineering that drive between sites on the road and work with outrigger pads and dozer blade. The type logic: MH marks the range, the number orders the size in ascending order – MH2.6 about 10 t, MH3.6 about 13 t, MH5.6 about 17 t, MH8.6 about 23 t – City the compact version with short tail for the city centre, Plus the comfort version and PlusC a further development. The engines are CNH's own NEF range from FPT: the four-cylinder F4BE0484 of 3.9 litres in the small and the six-cylinder F4BE0684 of 5.9 litres in the big models, the same engines as in the group's tractors and wheel loaders.

With the consolidation of the construction brands from 2012 the New Holland wheeled excavator disappeared; the successors run as Case WX. The MH models are in the fleets of Italy, France and Eastern Europe.
On used machines, operating hours, play in slew ring and boom bearings, the condition of tyres, oscillating axle, outriggers and blade, leak-free cylinders and swivel joint and parts supply, unproblematic for the NEF engines through CNH and FPT, are what count.
