Electric counterbalance forklifts of this lift-capacity class are the standard equipment of intralogistics in warehouses and production halls, where their emission-free drive and lower noise are increasingly displacing combustion-engined forklifts. Chinese makers such as Heli have carved out a firm place in the market alongside established brands such as Toyota, Linde and Jungheinrich through a combination of deep in-house manufacturing and lower prices.

Used, on electric forklifts of this class the condition and charge cycles of the battery, wear on the mast and chains, the condition of the steer axle and tyres and the tightness of the hydraulics count; parts run through the Heli dealer network. On older batteries it is also worth measuring capacity, since the range per charge drops noticeably as the number of charge cycles rises.
