Scania P — the low cab for distribution and construction
P is Scania's lowest cab step. The entry sits lower than on G, R and S, and so does the roof. That is exactly its purpose: anyone climbing in and out twenty times a day saves a step at every stop. Urban distribution, municipal bodies, construction vehicles — that is where the P works.

The second property is clearance height. Low gateways, underground car parks, hall entrances and tight construction sites impose a limit that a long-haul cab exceeds. Anyone who regularly has to pass under structures chooses the P not to save money but because the bigger house does not fit.
