This page gathers the Mitsubishi tractors the register could not assign to a named range – the D range (D1300 to D3250) of the 1970s and 1980s, the extensive MT range of compact utility tractors, the models sold with the Asuma suffix GA36, GA50, GE130, GE170 and GX511ET, and the crawler tractor GCR1010. Mitsubishi has built compact tractors since the 1960s, initially within the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries group, since 2015 through the joint venture Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery with the Indian maker Mahindra. D on models such as the D1500FD and D2500 marks the D range, HST variants the hydrostatic transmission. The machines are powered throughout by Mitsubishi's own diesel engines.

Mitsubishi ranks alongside Kubota, Yanmar and Iseki among the four big Japanese compact-tractor makers, whose models were sold in Japan through agricultural cooperatives and for export through its own channels and under trade brands; the small D and MT models shaped rice growing on small-plot farms in Japan.
