This page gathers the Mahindra tractors the register could not assign to a named range – the Mumbai maker that began in 1963 under licence from International Harvester with the B-275, has been the world's largest tractor maker by units since 2010 and also serves the North American compact market through its subsidiary Mahindra USA in Houston. The type logic of the Indian models: the three-digit number gives roughly the hp class with a doubled tens digit – 265 DI about 30 hp, 275 DI about 35 hp, 475 DI about 42 hp, 575 DI about 45 hp – DI the direct injection, TU a transmission variant, XP Plus and SP Plus the equipment lines, Bhoomiputra and Sarpanch the special models for the Indian market; the four-digit types of the North American ranges (1815, 2015, 2615, 3015, 4035) give the range and power in the first digits, HST the hydrostat, Gear the manual gearbox. The engines are Mahindra's own three- and four-cylinder diesels in the Indian models, Mitsubishi in the small and Daedong and own engines in the larger compacts, which Mahindra partly sources from Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery in Japan, in which the group holds a stake.
