The register lists here 46 versions with 1.1 to 22 kW, two- to six-pole, full-load efficiencies from 78.99 to 91.84% and at 75% load from 78.71 to 92.22%. Frame sizes run from 80 to 160 under IEC, protection is practically always IP55, and the mounting codes cover the common foot and flange versions with B3, B5, B14, B34 and B35. Italy alone is recorded as the manufacturing country. Testing followed the 2019 and 2012 GEMS determinations, with test methods A, 2-1-1B and B; of the 38 motors with a documented classification, only one reaches the 2005 High Efficiency Level, the large rest remain without a higher efficiency class.

Lafert positions itself in the Italian and European markets as an independent maker alongside large international groups such as ABB or Siemens, with a broad range of IEC standard motors for pumps, fans, conveyors and general drive tasks in industry and trade.

When buying used, what matters is bearing condition and a checked insulation resistance of the winding, visible overheating marks on the terminal box and fan cover, the condition of shaft and key, and a legible nameplate with frame size, pole count and efficiency class; since most of the models listed here carry no documented High Efficiency classification, it is worth checking the build year before running one on a variable-speed drive.
