John Deere 9RT – articulated tracked tractors
John Deere was founded in 1837 in Grand Detour, Illinois, and moved to Moline in 1848; the self-scouring steel plow was its first breakthrough. The company introduced the Model D tractor in 1923 and its first self-propelled combine (Model 55) in 1947. Today's line includes articulated four-wheel-drive tractors in the 7R, 8R and 9R series, and the tracked 9RT.
