Fasco has traditionally specialised in small and fractional-horsepower motors, for instance for fans, pumps and blowers, and today belongs to the US drives and industrial group Regal Rexnord. The three-phase motors recorded here come almost entirely from Chinese manufacture, with a small share from Thailand. The type codes follow the pattern FMS2-frame size-pole count, for example FMS2-100L-2 for a motor of frame size 100L with two poles; some older models carry differently structured order-number codes such as 809B34RTB-A11S, whose structure cannot be reliably decoded from the register.

The register lists here 195 versions from 0.75 to 160 kW, 2- to 8-pole, with efficiencies from 77.7 to 95.7% at full load and 76.1 to 96.1% at 75% load, almost entirely in protection class IP55 and frame sizes from 80 to 355 (IEC). Only two of the 195 models carry the "2005 High Efficiency Level" classification; the rest have no GEMS efficiency classification.
