Frame sizes run from 80 to 315 under IEC, mostly in protection rating IP55. Manufacturing countries recorded are Spain for the largest share, Italy for a further share and China for the rest; testing followed chiefly the 2012 GEMS determinations, alongside AS/NZS 1359.5:2004 and the 2019 determinations. Under the Australian High Efficiency Level only two of the 87 motors reach the older 2001 level, the remaining 85 carry no classification. Mounting codes are dominated by combinations of B3/B5/B14/B34 and the plain foot-flange form B3/B5.

When buying used, what matters is bearing condition and a checked insulation resistance of the winding, visible overheating marks on the terminal box and fan cover, the condition of shaft and key, and a legible nameplate with frame size, pole count and efficiency class; since only two motors reach an efficiency class at all, for continuous duty it is worth comparing against current IE2/IE3 alternatives. Spares depend on which licensee manufactured the particular motor.
